Juicing

healthyvegan

Cold-press or centrifugal juice combinations. Run everything through a juicer in the order listed — softer ingredients last. Each recipe makes approximately 12–16 oz (1 large glass). Quantities are starting points — adjust sweetness (more fruit), bitterness (less greens), and heat (less ginger) to taste. Drink immediately or store refrigerated up to 24 hours.

Green & Earthy

Heavy on leafy greens and vegetables. More nutrient-dense, less sweet. The apple or pineapple is there to make it drinkable — don't skip it.

  • 2 cups broccoli leaves (or florets)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Juice of 1 lime (add directly, not through juicer)

Light & Fruity

More fruit-forward, lighter taste. Good entry point if you're new to juicing. Less intense on greens — increase kale if you want more nutrition.
